It doesn't work Nothing Nothing

The goods went to Kharkov for a little more than a month, in principle it is normal. But what arrived was a little different from what I ordered, and therefore I do not want to order anything else from this seller. In the seller's photo, there is a separate resistor next to each LED, and I was hoping that would be the case. However, the item sent has only one resistor for the entire group of LEDs, so I can only hope that everything will work as it should, given that the LEDs are connected in parallel, meaning that if some LEDs fail, the others will not live long. If everything was as in the seller's photo, then such a product would work forever. There are still questions about the power specified by the manufacturer. 5 Watts is indicated, but in reality there is a little less than 3 Watts (see photo 2).
