How to use it?
1. Find a quiet place to lie down or sit for about 10 minutes. This can be on a bed, sofa, floor or recliner.
2. Locate the device's neck support in the middle of your neck. Start with a gentle pull (convex under the head).
3. Gently place back on the device, either up or down along the spine to find the most comfortable neck position. Bend your knees and place your hands next to your head.
4. Once comfortable, allow your neck to rest further on the stand. Take deep, slow breaths to help you relax.
5. Notice how the support strengthens your posture. You can observe at this point that you release the tension.
6. You may notice that your neck, core and shoulder muscles relax more and your posture becomes more organized.
7. Gently reposition every few minutes to avoid localized fatigue. If necessary, you can reinstate your position.
8. As with any new exercise, start slowly. Use the soft support level for 5 minutes, then reassess if you can use it for another 5 minutes. Progress gradually as you feel comfortable.
9. If you feel that you can use a neck brace more, use a strong traction neck brace (the concave side of the head).
