Nagaoka is the only manufacturer that can consistently manufacture products from the sound groove of a record to connecting to an amplifier. All processes of drawing processing from plate materials, aluminum pipe molding, diamond needle welding, and polishing are performed by hand, and each one is manufactured by hand.

NAGAOKA's MP (moving permalloy) record needles use a lightweight and highly conductive alloy called permalloy, and are characterized by delicately and faithfully reproducing the original sound.
