The input is on the back side where it says IN. Select this input and switch it with the channel on the table. The output terminal on the table allows you to stream audio to up to four devices. Example of use: If you input MP3 to 1ch and smartphone audio to 3ch, and connect headphones to output 2ch and 4ch, if you select input 1ch, the MP3 audio will play from output 2ch and 4ch. If you select 3ch, the smartphone audio will play from output 2ch and 4ch. In this case, you can switch the input but not the output. You can also use it by swapping the output and input. If you want to use it to switch the output, connect the output to the terminal marked IN and the input to the terminal marked OUT, and you can switch the input audio by channel and output only to the speaker or headphones you choose.
