Does not correspond to my order, I ordered an SY-002-5-12 adapter on the left in the photo and I received a GX-0528 adapter on the right in the photo, this adapter is not suitable for my device, what solution do you suggest to me to resolve this problem given that the adapter received is not the correct reference, thank you for your response I contacted customer service who was very responsive, they refunded my order 👍 without any problem
