How to use the product: Shake well before taking. Take once daily according to the dosage instructions indicated below, or as recommended by your doctor or healthcare professional. Take with food, juice, or on an empty stomach 10 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep refrigerated after opening. Take within 6 months after opening.
