It can help relieve nasal congestion, allergies, sinus symptoms, and postnasal drip syndrome. How to Use: How it Works: 1. The inner wall of the swirl flow tip creates a gentle swirl flow, effectively producing a high volume, low pressure nasal rinse. 2. The syringe delivery system allows you to adjust the rinse pressure and time, preventing backflow if the user slows down or stops while rinsing. 3. Easily prepare saline irrigation solution in a bowl and insert the syringe. Use one syringe per nostril. Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use. Repeat after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Pour 8 oz (236 ml) of lukewarm distilled water or cooled boiled water into clean hands. Do not use hot or boiling water. Open one pack, add to water, stir, and rinse to create a saline solution. Insert the plastic tip into the syringe and turn clockwise to tighten. To fill the syringe with liquid, first press the plunger to expel all air. Place the tip of the syringe into the rinse saline solution and pull up on the plunger to draw the liquid into the syringe. Stand or sit at the sink. Open your mouth and point the tip into your nostril. The tip should block your nostril to prevent the liquid from leaking out while you rinse. Slowly push up on the syringe plunger to force the saline solution into your nostril. Continue to push up on the plunger until all the solution begins to drain from your mouth or nostril. Breathe through your mouth as usual while rinsing, but do not swallow. If necessary, repeat this process before rinsing the other nostril. Repeat this process in the other nostril. Blow your nose gently. Do not completely block your nasal passages to avoid putting too much pressure on your eardrums. Discard any remaining solution.
