How to Use: We recommend using a panty liner to manage discharge, but avoid using tampons, as they can absorb the active ingredients instead of the vagina. Lie on your back with your knees pulled toward your body. Gently insert the applicator deep into your vagina. Push down until the plunger reaches its original position. Wash your hands with soap and water after applying the suppository. The NutraBlast suppository applicator is disposable and should be discarded. The applicator is reusable. To reuse the applicator, pull the plunger out of the barrel and wash it with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry, then disassemble and air dry. Once dry, store it, as you would in the morning before bed.
